- This is a Sources Sought notice only. It is not a request for quotes and no contract will be awarded from this announcement. The Government will not provide any reimbursement for responses submitted in response to this Source Sought notice. Respondents will not be notified of the results of the evaluation. The purpose of this announcement is to perform market research to gain knowledge of potentially qualified small businesses. The USDA Forest Service is seeking to identify any qualified small business capable of providing Portable toilet service at various locations of the Zigzag Ranger District on the Mt. Hood National Forest. Submission Instructions: Interested parties who consider themselves qualified to supply are invited to submit a response to this Sources Sought Notice by 9:00AM MST on Monday, March 31, 2025.
