Substitute the following paragraphs (c)(1)(xiv) and (xv) for those paragraphs in the provision at Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.204-8: ANNUAL REPRESENTATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS (MAR 2025) (DEVIATION 2025-O0003) 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications�Commercial Products and Commercial Services.
