Solicitation Notice No. 19PL9025Q0013 � Internal timber stairs refurbishment The Embassy of the United States of America invites you to submit a proposal for refurbishment and update of internal timber stairs to comply with current regulations at the residence located at Grottgera Street No.12 in Krakow. The detailed scope of work is attached to this email under Exhibit 1. The project shall be completed within 30 calendar days upon receipt Notice to Proceed. The contractor shall provide all labor and materials to perform this work. All employees performing the work must obtain security clearance for the U.S. Consulate in Krakow. Partial payments are authorized upon completion of the work and/or delivery of materials. Payments will be processed within 30 days upon receipt of a proper invoice and approval of the completed work. The prospective contract is a subject to the Federal Acquisition Regulations. If you are interested in this Project, your written proposal shall be submitted to the following address: krakowmgt@state.gov no later thanApril 15, 2025. Please include the solicitation number 19PL9025Q0013 in the subject line of your email. Your proposal shall include: � Name and address of company � Name of the contractor � Contact details � email address and phone numbers � Past experience documentation including a list of related projects within last two years. � Filled-in Prices in the attached Scope of Work (see Exhibit 1) � Filled-in and signed clause 52.204-24 (see Exhibit 2) The U.S. Government intends to award a contract that is the most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. It may be awarded based on initial propoposals. However, we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. Please note, that before commencing performance under contract, the prospective contractor should obtain Defense Base Act (DBA) insurance. See attachment for more information regarding DBA insurance. The offeror may obtain DBA insurance directly from any Department of Labor approved providers at the DOL website at http://www.dol.gov/owcp/dlhwc/lscarrier.htm Attachments: � Exhibit 1 � Scope of Work (Pricing) � Exhibit 2 � Representation FAR 52.204-24 � Exhibit 3 � Information on DBA insurance
