SF 30 CONTINUATION PAGE Summary of Changes 1. The purpose for Amendment 0002 is to post; Site Visit Sign-In Sheet from the Site Visit that took place on March 04, 2025, at 10:00 AM (CST). Request for Information (RFI) Questions and Answers that were received by the RFI submission date on March 11, 2025, at 10:00 AM (CST). Revised Statement of Work. 2. The Request for Quote (RFQ) submission date is extended to April 08, 2025, at 2:00 PM (CST). 3. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged and in full effect. _____________________________________________________________________________ Acknowledgement of Amendments Offerors shall acknowledge and sign all amendments in their quote submission, acknowledging receipt of all amendments by the date and time specified in the amendments. ___________________________________________________________________________ Request for Information (RFI) Question and Answers How should we address storm drainage? Should we daylight the gutter drain onto the ground or connect the gutter back to the nearest existing gutter that ties back into the main storm system? 1.
