Description

THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Roseburg VA Medical Center intends to award a firm fixed price sole source contract under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1) and FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), only one source to: Olympus America, Inc. 3500 Corporate PKWY Center Valley, PA, 18034 The objective of this sole source award is to initiate a new firm-fixed price contract for a base + option maintenance/repair for five Olympus OER-Elite Reprocessors. The NAICS Code for this requirement is 811210; the large business size standard is $35 million. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. All information received by 08:00 A.M. PST on March 24, 2025 may be considered by the Government. Responses shall be submitted to Gregory Watson, Contract Specialist at Gregory.watson2@va.gov. The email subject line shall state, �Intent to Sole Source Roseburg Olympus OER-Elite Reprocessor�. The Government will not pay for information submitted. This will be the only notice of the Government's intent to solicit, negotiate, and award to one source to satisfy this requirement.
