Description

NOTE: ATTACHMENT 02- FORMAL SF33 WILL BE POSTED TO THIS SOLICITATION VIA AMENDMENT AS SOON AS AVAILABLE. Proposal submission date will not be adjusted based on posting of SF33. The U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) Warrior Care Program (WCP) provides non-clinical case management and advocacy services for Special Operations Forces (SOF) wounded, ill, or injured (WII) service members. The focus areas are in Recovery Care Coordination, Military Adaptive Sports, Benevolence, and Career Transition. Services are extended to families, veterans, caregivers, and significant others of SOF WII. The Warrior Care Global Support (WCGS) effort is a non-personal service requirement in support of USSOCOM WCP. The program will provide support services to the USSOCOM Enterprise.
