Description

Synopsis: The 22nd Contracting Squadron � McConnell AFB, KS, 67221 on behalf of the 22nd Air Refueling Wing intends to award a firm fixed price contract under FAR 19.1406(a) and FAR 6.302-5(b)(6) under the statutory authority of 15 USC 657f) to BHPE LLC, 10601 S Western AVE STE 113, Oklahoma 73170-6215, for MFRC Remstar Lektriever Repair. This acquisition is being conducted under simplified acquisition procedures (IAW FAR 13) and the Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Procurement Program (IAW FAR 19.1406). This requirement is a SDVOSB sole source award. The intended procurement will be classified under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 811210 with a Small Business Size Standard of $34.0M. Base Notice: THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. No solicitation document is available for this requirement. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability by sending responses regarding this requirement to the 22nd Contracting Squadron via email ONLY to james.gomez.9@us.af.mil no later than 26 March 2025 by 10:00 AM CST. The U.S. government will not pay for any information or administrative cost incurred in response to this Notice. All costs associated with responding to this Notice will be solely at the expense of the interested party.
