- The Department of Veterans Affairs Louisville, KY seeks Expressions of Interest for leasing 6174 rentable square feet of Medical Office Space in Elizabethtown, KY. Notice: This advertisement is a notice of a potential opportunity. This advertisement is not a solicitation for offers, nor is it a request for proposals. The purpose of this advertisement is to identify potential sources, suitable locations and existing buildings preferred, and is not intended to pre-qualify or disqualify any potential offers. The Government will not pay for any costs incurred as a result of this advertisement. Contracting Office Address: Department of Veteran Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO) 9 1639 Medical Center Parkway, Suite 204, Murfreesboro, TN 37129 Description: VA seeks to lease approximately 6174 rentable square feet of medical office space in Elizabethtown, KY. that will provide primary care, mental health services, podiatry, and rehabilitation services. The lease should be an existing building space. The space can be on adjacent levels. The space/building shall meet all current building, seismic, and ADA code requirements. A minimum of 100 parking spaces is required with 5% of those spaces closest to the building being designated for use by the physically handicapped. Occupancy date is by 10/7/2025. Lease Term: The lease is to be a 5-year firm term. Delineated Area: The leased space shall be in an area with Ring Rd as the northern boundary, Financial Dr to the east, and wooded areas on both the southern and western boundaries. Offered space must be zoned for VA s intended use. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space must be compatible for VA s intended use. Expressions of Interest must be submitted to the Contracting Officer by 3:00pm Central Time, Monday, March 24, 2025, and must include the following information: Building name, address, and location of available space Location of map, demonstrating the building or land lies within the delineated area Description of ingress/egress to the building or land from a public right-of-way. Amount of offered space in Rentable Square Feet (RSF) and Net Usable Square Feet (NUSF) Building ownership information, brokers or legal representatives must show written acknowledgement and permission to represent the property. Site plan depicting the property boundaries, building and parking.
