- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation for this action. Proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2025-03, 01-17-2015. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). Submit written proposals on 36C24825R0027. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 621910, with a small business size standard of $22.5 million. This solicitation has been amended to start 02/27/2025 and will end 04/01/2025 at 12:00 PM EST.
