- The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, tools, equipment, and materials to make necessary repairs to a Cooper High Voltage switch, serial #CP572004691 in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. Amendment 0001 - The purpose of this amendment is to answer questions received from offerors and provide photos of the High Voltage Switch. Amendment 0002 - The purpose of this amendment is to provide offerers a One-Line Diagram of the High Voltage Switch. See Amendment 0002 for more details.
