- 36C25625Q0524 Itamar WatchPat One Direct devices and Itamar WatchPat One Direct Services at Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center (MEDVAMC) located in Houston, Texas. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation (CSS) for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6 Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, in conjunction with FAR Part 13.5, Simplified Acquisition Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. The CSS number is 36C25625Q0524. It is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The government anticipates awarding one Firm-Fixed Price contract resulting from this solicitation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-02 (effective: 01/03/2025). This solicitation is issued as Full and Open Competition. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 339113- Surgical Appliance and Supplies Manufacturing, with a small business size standard of 800 employees. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center, 2002 Holcombe Boulevard, Houston, Texas 77030 require Itamar WatchPat One Direct devices and Itamar WatchPat One Direct Services. OFFEROR SHALL COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING LOCATED IN SECTIONS BELOW OF THIS SOLICITATION 36C25625Q0524 TO BE DEEMED ACCEPTABLE: a) Section B- Contract Administration Data, Contractor contact information. b) Complete and Return Attachment A- 52.204-24 Representation Regarding Certain Telecommunications and Video Surveillance Services or Equipment c) Submit manufacturer authorized distributor letter, cut sheets, and specifications if vendor is not the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). (Volume 1-Technical) d) Price/Cost Schedule, unit price, amount, and grand total. (Volume 2-Price) EVALUATION: The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to quoter whose offer represents the most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
