Warren AFB, WY 82005 Date: Thursday, March 20th 2025 Time: 10:00 a.ms MST ** For those that need a visitor pass, please meet at the Visitor Center at Gate 1 on Randall Avenue by 9:30 a.m. MST on Thursday, March 20th 2025. ** Ensure you bring your Driver's License and Proof of insurance. If you plan to attend the site visit, please contact the Contract Administrator SSgt Tiffany Turgeon at tiffany.turgeon@us.af.mil no later than 3:00 p.m. MST on Wednesday, March 19th 2025. Site Visit Questions are due by 25 March at 12:00 p.m. MST Quotes are due by 27 March 2025 at 12:00 p.m. MST ------------------UPDATE --------------------- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items issued by the 90th Contracting Squadron, F.E. Warren AFB, Wyoming. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation being issued for the requirement described herein. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform all work required for the purchase and installation of carpet tiles, composite carpet planks, and vinyl wall base, to include the demolition and disposal of the existing carpet and wall base on the 2nd & 3rd floors of the Security Forces Group (SFG), Bldg. 34, Francis E. Warren AFB, Wyoming. See attached drawings for locations/measurements of new carpet tile, composite carpet planks, and vinyl wall bases. The Contractor will not be required to move and replace furniture or floor items for carpet demo and installation. Request for a site visit for this solicitation is due 14 March 2025 at 12:00 p.m. MST Questions are due by 25 March at 12:00 p.m. MST Quotes are due by 27 March 2025 at 12:00 p.m. MST Please include warranty information, delivery information and any discounts.
