Description

Pre-solicitation notice. VHA RPOE Network Contracting Office 1 New England (NCO1) intends to solicit only among ICU Medical Inc., the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), and the authorized distributors of the OEM for the goods/services described below. NCO1 intends to solicit the OEM and its authorized distributors under the streamlined and simplified acquisition procedures of FAR 12.6 and FAR 13.104, competition the maximum extent practicable. NCO1 intends to obtain the following from these sources: Product Description List Number Qty CADD-Solis Ambulatory (Grey 21-2111-0402-51 3 Medication Safety Software License � CADD-Solis 21-2199-0402-51 3 PharmGuard Version Upgrade Services Onsite 22-0028-005-01 1 CADD-Solis AC Adapter with Power Cord 21-0270-25 3 CADD-Solis Pole Mount Adapter 21-2135-25 3 The NAICS is 339112. The PSC is 6515. Since the items are exclusively available from the OEM and its authorized distributors, no solicitation will be posted to Contracting Opportunities SAM.gov. This procurement is subject to prohibitions in the VA Acquisition Regulation (VAAR), including 852.212-71 Gray Market Items and 852.212-72 Gray Market and Counterfeit Items. Interested persons may contact the Contracting Specialist via email at manases.cabrera@va.gov regarding this procurement. The determination of the acquisition strategy based on responses to this notice is within the discretion of the Contracting Officer.
