NOTICE OF INTENT TO SINGLE SOURCE � IDCAS (P/N 96025-209) FOR USE IN THE CLEAR ALIGN Z-500 AND Z-750 IR ASSEMBLIES OF BORDER SUPPORT EQUIPMENT PROCUREMENT IN SUPPORT OF CUSTOMS AND BORDER PROTECTION NO PHONE CALLS PLEASE. In accordance with the FAA Acquisition Management System paragraph 3.2.2.4, the purpose of this announcement is to inform industry of the basis of the FAA's decision to contract with a selected source using single source procedures. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) intends to award a one-time single source contract, for items listed below.
