4 March 2025: Soliciation posted with Pre-Proposal Conference Instructions attached. 12 March 2025: Amendment 1 was issued to incorporate Class Deviation 2025-O0003 to comply with Executive Order (EO) 14173 and Class Deviation 2025-O0004 to comply with EO 14148. The following FAR Clauses/Provisions were removed from the RFP: - FAR 52.222-21, Prohibition of Segregated Facilities (C) - FAR 52.222-22, Previous Contracts and Compliance Reports (P) - FAR 52.222-26, Equal Opportunity (C) The following FAR Clause was updated: - 52.223-23, Sustainable Products and Services (DEVIATION 2025-O0004) (C) The following FAR Clause and Provision were amended to reflect the current version: - FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications�Commercial Products and Commercial Services (P) - FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders�Commercial Products and Commercial Services (C) 13 March 2025: Amendment 2 was issued to update Attachment 7, Atlantic Barge Pricing Matrix, est qty of CLINs 3005, 3006, and 3007 from ""12"" to ""2"". The document name has been updated to Attachment 7, Atlantic Barge Pricing Matrix v.2.
