- NSN 4240 - 016733420 is for PARTS KIT,OXYGEN MA. This is a Firm Fixed Price Procurement for 800 EA. This material will be Stock. All pricing will be on an FOB Origin basis. Inspection and Acceptance will be at origin. Partial shipments and early deliveries will be allowed. This procurement will be unrestricted. The ""anticipated"" solicitation issue date is 11 March 2025. The solicitation, once issued, will be posted on the DLA DIBBS website at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/.
