Description
Scope of Work: The Emergency Management Program (EMP) has a requirement for a contractor to provide NAME BRAND OR EQUAL Air-Shelter Model 284 inflatable Temporary Shelter (tent), for Decontamination to be delivered to C.W. Bill Young Veterans Medical Center located at 10000 Bay Pines Blvd. Bay Pines, FL. 33744. Technical Requirements: The Contractor shall provide the full requested quantity of products listed below. Salient Characteristics *NAME BRAND OR EQUAL* Equipment/Product Requirement: as outlined below Air-Shelter Model 284. Must be between 20ft and 30ft in length, between 14ft and 16ft in width, and an interior height of approximately 8ft. Must be made of military grade neoprene that is UV/Chemical Resistant with Triple sealed seams with epoxy sealant. Must be air inflatable and have air inflatable crossbeams for support. Must be pre-assembled and auto inflatable with a setup time of 5 minutes or less. Must Include a 110v powered inflating and deflating system/device. Must be pre-plumbed with decontamination shower heads to soap/cleaning product input and rinse shower heads. Must include at least 1 hanging hose line with spray nozzle. Must have curtains and attachment points to utilize the tent for minimum of two lanes of traffic or individual stalls for undress, rinse/decontamination, and redress. Must include a non-ambulatory roller system. Must be able to use one side/lane for showers (ambulatory) and the other for non-ambulatory roller system. Must have a removable ground floor with lip to catch/prevent spillage of wastewater. Must have a waste/grey water bladder of at least 500 gallons. Must have an electrical submersible waste pump. Must have integrated or string-able lights. Must have at least one roll up window on the long sides. Must have at least two roll up, full zip doors per short side for dirty entry and clean exit (to allow for a minimum of two lanes of traffic flow). Must have an over pressure release valve to prevent damage during inflation. Must include/come with stakes and anchor points. Must include/come with a carrying bag/container. Must include a maintenance/repair kit for repairs. Must have a minimum of 8 utility ducts. Training: Not required. Software: Not required.
