Description

The Michael E. DeBakey Medical Center is requesting the purchase of: (2) AMSCO� 250LS Small Steam Sterilizer, 20"" x 20"" x 38"" (508 x 508 x 965 mm). Manual operated vertical sliding door Amsco 250LS sterilizer, state-of-the-art technology, including an Allen-Bradley MicroLogix (TM) control system with enhanced functionality and A-B PanelView Plus (TM) 600 interface screen and modularized vessel and piping for increased dependability and reduced servicing time. Door seal steam-activated, and warranted for 2 years. (3) 150 KW Electric Generator, 480v, Carbon Steel 150kw � 476.3 lbs/hr output (144.3 kg/hr) High-quality (97% vapor quality. Must include automatic control for heating section water level control and steam pressure controls to control operating pressure and monitor high pressure limit, auxiliary low water cut-off feature to turn off heating elements in the event of level control failure. Heating section isulated with 2� thick glass fiber and kit, auto flush and drain B. (2) 100 KW Electric Generator, 480v, Carbon Steel 150kw � 317.5 lbs/hr output (216.5 kg/hr) High-quality (97% vapor quality. Must include automatic control for heating section water level control and steam pressure controls to control operating pressure and monitor high pressure limit, auxiliary low water cut-off feature to turn off heating elements in the event of level control failure. Heating section isulated with 2� thick glass fiber and kit, auto flush and drain B.
