- This is a pre-solicitation notice for a commercial acquisition. THIS PRESOLICITATION NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ). VENDORS SHALL NOT SUBMIT FORMAL QUOTES UNTIL THE RFQ IS POSTED TO THIS WEBSITE. This synopsis is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government nor shall the Government pay for the information resulting from this posting. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 4 has a requirement five (5) Apollo Anesthesia Machines for VA beneficiaries located at Corporal Michael J. Crescenz VA Medical Center, Philadelphia, PA 19104. The procurement is a 100% small business set-aside. The NAICS code for this requirement is 339112 with a size standard of 1,000 Employees. Any resultant contract is for a one time purchase, at the Government s discretion. The Government intends to award one (1) firm-fixed price contract in accordance with all terms, conditions, and provisions. If a solicitation is posted, offers will be due within 7 days after issuance of the solicitation. This notice is for informational purposes only and is not a request for offers. The Government is not obligated to issue a solicitation as a result of this notice. All respondents must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at http://www.sam.gov.
