- Amendment 002 is to incorporate a scheduled site visit to each site: Site visit for the Muskrat Fire Station is hereby scheduled for 1000 MT Wednesday, March 12, 2025 at the following location: Muskrat Fire Station 2043 South Skull Valley Highway Grantsville, Utah Site visit for the Vernal Fire Station is hereby scheduled for 1300 MT Wednesday, March 12, 2025 at the following location: Vernon Fire Station 450 North Silver Sage Road Vernon, Utah Chad Kunz will be onsite for both visits as the POC. This is a RFQ for commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13. This document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-03. Solicitation number 140L5725Q0026 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). Firm fixed-price offers are requested under this RFQ. The RFQ is set aside for small business vendors under the North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code 561790 with a size standard of $9 million annual revenue. Successful vendor must be registered with System for Award Management (SAM) found at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/ to be considered eligible for award. The System for Award Management (SAM) is the Official U.S. Government system that consolidated the capabilities of CCR/FedReg, ORCA, EPLS, and more. There is NO fee to register for this site. Specifications, Clauses and Provisions follow this cover sheet. Any questions received after this date are not guaranteed to be addressed. Responses to questions received prior to the deadline will be posted via an amendment to this solicitation. Submissions shall be received no later than 25 March 2025 at 3:00 PM MDT via email. All quotations shall be delivered via email to Contract Specialist, Mark Renforth at mrenforth@blm.gov.
