Contractor shall furnish the facilities, personnel, management, equipment and supplies necessary for those parking spots and passes. Place of Performance: Contractor facility shall: be within a two block radius of the Warren E. Burger FB located at 316 Robert St. N., St Paul MN 55101; provide access to the St Paul Skyway; and be at most four blocks via Skyway from the Warren E. Burger FB.
