Description

This contract opportunity is updated to incorporate Solicitation Amendment 2. The purpose of Solicitation Amendment 2 is to provide additional Contractor questions and Government responses, as well as revisions to the Government's responses to Contractor Questions issued via Solicitation Amendment 1. All revisions are highlighed in yellow on the (attached - separate) Excel Spreadsheet. _________________________________________________________________________________________________________ This contract opportunity is updated to incorporate Solicitation Amendment 1. The purpose of Solicitation Amendment 1 is to: a. Extend the Proposal Submission Deadline to 12:00 PM EDT on 26 March 2025. b. Remove FAR 52.222-21 and FAR 52.222-26 IAW Class Deviation 2025-O0003�Restoring Merit-Based Opportunity in Federal Contracts. c. Provide the Government's response to Contractor questions via Excel Spreadsheet inclusive of a revised Solicitation, revised PWS, and an attachment to the Questions and Responses Excel spreadsheet.
