- This is a Solicitation notice regarding a Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Troop Support Subsistence Fresh Bread and Bakery contract intended for servicing customers located within Fort Knox, KY and Camp Atterbury, IN. Offers are due No Later Than 3PM Eastern Standard Time, 07 March 2025. The bread solicitation for Fort Knox, KY and Camp Atterbury, IN was issued today and is provided to you in the following attachments. It consists of 60 pages, and 4 attachments. The schedule of items spreadsheet which has one group (attached) must be completed. The directions for the schedule of items spreadsheet are on page 59 of 60. All 60 pages of your offer and a copy of the completed schedule of items spreadsheet must be sent to both James.Barr@dla.mil and Joseph.Marchione@dla.mil before 3:00 pm Eastern Standard Time of 04/07/2025 for your offer to be considered timely. Prior to submitting your proposal please make sure the following has been completed: -items identified on the checklist (page 23 of 60) -Completed Schedule of items spreadsheet -negotiators (page 21 of 60) -AIB certificate or other 3rd party warehouse audit for all places of performance Please note Offerors submitting proposals using email are advised that DLA Troop Support systems have certain email size and transmission limitations. Proposals must be prepared accordingly. Individual email attachments should not exceed 5MB in size, and no individual email should exceed more than 10 MB per email (multiple email submissions may be necessary). When submitting multiple emails as a proposal submission, label each email with a number (e.g., 1 of 8), accordingly. After transmitting an email submission, offerors should confirm receipt of all emails with the intended recipients. It is an offeror�s responsibility to ensure its entire proposal is received by the date and time specified in the solicitation; emails should be transmitted in sufficient time to ensure and confirm receipt by the Government.�
