Description: This RFI notice is being issued for the purpose of determining market capability of sources and assessing industries� current capabilities in providing medical lifesaving capabilities for use by military services in various theaters of field operations. The Office of the Surgeon General (OTSG) will hold a demonstration day of Commercial off the Shelf (COTS) technology at the Medical Center of Excellence (MEDCOE) Warfighting Forum on 21 May 2025 at Fort Detrick, MD.
