Description

SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory is operated by Stanford University for the Department of Energy. As a management and operating contractor, subcontracts awarded by the Laboratory are not Federal procurements, and are not directly subject to the Federal Acquisition Regulations in 48 CFR. Nonetheless, certain Federal laws, Executive Orders, and regulations may affect our DOE approved purchasing system, as required by statute, regulation, or contract terms and conditions. SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory invites interested vendors to submit a proposal in accordance with the attached RFP preperation requirements for ITAR Multi-Megawatt Mode Converters. Any clarification requests are due by Wednesday, February 26, 2025. Your proposal must be received no later than Wednesday, March 5th, 2025, 5pm PST and be vaild for 90 days after submission. SLAC has a requirement for a U.S. domestic end item source of the following: Attached RFP_353718_ITAR_Multi-Megawatt Mode Converters NOTE: The following documents are attached in this solicitation. RFP_353718_ITAR_Multi-Megawatt Mode Converters.zip Must complete and return all documentation mentioned in the cover letter. AMENDMENT 01 Included is Amendment 01 to the subject RFP to update the following: Cover Letter Section A Section F Section L A signed Amendment of Solication is required with the proposal package sumbittal.
