************************************************************************************************ note: this section is used for both the PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE/advertisement and THE RLP procurement summary Presolicitation Notice/Advertisement GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: LA City: Crowley Delineated Area: North: HWY 98 to 370 South: I-10 East: HWY 3070 West: HWY 97 Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 9,999 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 9,999 Space Type: Office/Wareyard Parking Spaces (Total): 17 Parking Spaces (Surface): 17 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 240 Firm Term: 120 Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: The facility should have office space, specialized storage (firearms, pyrotechnics, I&E drugs) and a warehouse storage. It should be located in rural area to accommodate demonstration of loud bird scaring equipment. Should be secure because of storage of pesticides, I&E drugs, firearms and ammo, and to include a perimeter fence USDA must be allowed to do take-offs and landings of helicopter in this area. Area to sight in firearms. An additional 17,000 SF uncovered and 3,580 SF covered totaling 20,580 SF of free space is required for the wareyard. Action: Choose whether or not a fully serviced lease is required. Also choose 1-PERCENT-ANNUAL-CHANCE floodplain (formerly referred to as �100-year� floodplain) unless requirement is identified by agency as a critical action. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the [1-percent-annual chance/0.2-percent-annual chance] floodplain (formerly referred to as [�100-year�/�500-Year�] floodplain). Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). ). The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under a lease in Crowley, Louisiana, that will be expiring. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government�s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime. ************************************************************************************************ action required: use this section for pre-solicitation NOTICE/ADVERTISEMENTS seeking expression of interest.
