THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. This is not a solicitation for bids, proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of all qualified sources to perform a potential requirement. The responses received from interested contractors will assist the Government in conducting a market research survey to identify potential qualified sources capable of providing a Brand-name only, WatchPAT-300 with Digital RESBP (Central Plus) Kit at a Firm-Fixed Price for the VA Northern California Health Care System, located at 10535 Hospital Way, Mather, CA 95655-4200. RESPONSES MUST INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: Company Name, Address, Size Standard, Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) # Point of Contact name, phone number, and email address NAICS 339112 and Small Business Size Standard 1000 employees Contract number (If applicable) Descriptive Literature with pictures *NOTE Acquisitions will only be set aside for SDVOSBs/VOSBs if two or more responses are received with the required information listed above, by the due date specified below. Responses are due to Joeferson Gawaran at Joeferson.Gawaran@va.gov by 12:00 PM (PST) on Friday, February 28, 2025. No submissions will be accepted after this date and time. This is a Sources Sought Notice and submissions will be used for informational and planning purposes only. Respondents are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this RFI.
