CONTRACT-OPPORTUNITIES 36C25625Q0426. AMENDMENT The purpose of this amendment to previous Combined Solicitation Synopsis is to answer vendor questions and to extend the response due from March 4, 2025 to 10:00 AM (CST) March 10, 2025. QUESTIONS/ANSWERS QUESTION 1: Confirm the quantity for the items is 9 each as shown in drawing below. ANSWER 1: The quantity of 9 beds is correct. QUESTION 2: Please let me know if the items should� be affixed to the floor and if they are affixed, do they require tamper-proof hardware. ANSWER 2: Beds are not to be affixed. QUESTION 3: If they are not affixed to the floor, do they need to be ballasted?� If yes, how many pounds per item? ANSWER 3: Beds do not have to be ballasted. QUESTON 4: Is the existing furniture affixed to the floor or ballasted? ANSWER 4: Some existing wardrobes have 2 blue screws in the floor.
