Repair Turnaround Time (RTAT) definition: The contractual delivery requirementis measured from asset Return to the date of asset acceptance under the terms of the contract. For purposes of this section, return is defined as physical receiptof the F-condition asset at the contractor's facility as reflected in the Action Dateentry in the commercial Asset Visibility (CAV) system. In accordance with the CAVStatement of Work, the contractor is required to accurately report all transactions by the end of the fifth regular business day after receipt and the Action Date entered in CAV must be dated to reflect the actual date of physical receipt. The Contractor must obtain final inspection and acceptance by the Government for all assets within the RTATs established in the subsequent contract. Required RTAT: ## ____ days after receipt of asset. Throughput Constraint: Contractor must provide a throughput Constraint for each NSN(s). Total assets to be repaired monthly after initial delivery commences X/month (contractor fill in #). A throughput of ##____ per month reflects no throughput constraint. Induction Expiration Date: 365 days after contract award date. Any asset received after this date in days is not authorized for repair without bi-lateral agreement between the Contractor and NAVSUP WSS Contracting Officer. \ 1. SCOPE 1.1 . Markings shall be in accordance with MIL-STD-130. 2. APPLICABLE DOCUMENTS - NOT APPLICABLE 3. REQUIREMENTS - NOT APPLICABLE 4. QUALITY ASSURANCE PROVISIONS - NOT APPLICABLE. 5. PACKAGING- MIL-STD 2073 PACKAGING APPLIES AS FOUND ELSEWHERE IN THE SCHEDULE 6. NOTES - NOT APPLICABLE DATE OF FIRST SUBMISSION=ASREQ DATE OF SUBSEQUENT SUBMISSION=ASREQ Block 6: Forward additional copy to ASO code cited in block 10.A on page 1 Para. 10.1: To be prepared and submitted in accordance with sections 11 and 15 of the GIDEP Policies and Procedures Manual. (1) The preparation of the ""ALERT/SAFE ALERT"" shall be limited to the use of the data generated elsewhere in the contract. No new data/reports shall be created solely for this data requirement. The effort required to satisfy the CDRL requirement shall not exceed 8 hours per issuance of an ""ALERT/SAFE ALERT"". ^^ Mailing Address for GIDEP OC is: GIDEP Operations Center, P.O. Box 8000 Corona, CA 91718-8000 DATE OF FIRST SUBMISSION=ASREQ DATE OF SUBSEQUENT SUBMISSION=EOC BLOCK 6: Forward additional copy to ASO code cited in block 10.A on page 1 (1) The contractor will maintain status of Guidep Alerts and will provide quarterly summaries in accordance with para 10.2 beginning with the first quarter after the effective date of the contract, and ending with the completion of the contract. (2) This DID is tailored as follows: (a) Para 10.2.a and 10.2.b are mandatory. If the reported part is not used in the contractor's program, para 10.2.c through para 10.2.k do not apply. (b) If the reported part is used in the contractor's program, para 10.2.c and 10.2.k are mandatory. Para 10.2.f is not applicable. All the other paragraphs 10.2.d, 10.2.e, 10.2.g, 10.2.h, 10.2.i and 10.2.j shall be satisfied with existing data/reports at the contractors facilities. No new data/report shall be generated for this requiement. (c) The contractor is permitted to submit this data to reflect a combining of all active contracts held with NAVICP, so that only one report is submitted each quarter. (3) The preparation of the ""Response to an Alert/Safe Alert"" shall be limited to the use of data generated elsewhere in the contract. No new data/report shall be generated solely for this data requirement. The effort required to satisfy the CDRL shall not exceed 8 hours per quarter report. DATE OF FIRST SUBMISSION=ASREQ DATE OF SUBSEQUENT SUBMISSION=ASREQ Block 6: Forward additional copy to ASO code cited in block 10.A on page 1. This DID contains instructions applicable when requesting Approval of Identification Plate Drawings required by 3.5.7 of MIL-N18307G (Navy). This DID is applicable to the acquisition of Military Aeronautical and Support Equipment, and Electronic Equipment and Accessories. Content and Format: Requests for Approval of Identification Plate Drawings for Military Aernautical and Support Equipment shall be in accordance with 3.5.7 of MIL-N-18307 (Navy). BLOCK 10: AS REQUIRED BY MIL-N-18307G. BLOCKS 12 & 13: NLT 120 DAYS PRIOR TO NEED FOR USE IN SPECIFICATIONS, DRAWINGS, TECHNICAL MANUALS AND IDENTIFICATION PLATES. DATE OF FIRST SUBMISSION=ASREQ DATE OF SUBSEQUENT SUBMISSION=ASREQ Forward additional copy to NAVICP code for the buyer cited on page 1. Block 10: As required by MIL-N-18307G. Block 12 & 13: NLT 120 days prior to need for use in specifications, drawings,technical manuals and identification plates.
