- This requirement is being solicited under GSA�s Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) Professional Services Category pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 8.4 on behalf of FEMA�s Continuous Improvement Division (CID) for Disaster Continuous Improvement Support Services. This is an unrestricted solicitation to those firms having an active GSA MAS under NAICS 541611. The Government anticipates a single award GSA/BPA for Disaster Continuous Improvement Support Services on behalf FEMA�s Continuous Improvement Division. Reference the solicitation for quotation instructions and a list of the RFQ Attachments. The product service code (PSC) is R408. The PSC description is Support�Professional: Program Management/Support. Important Date(s): Questions are due to FEMA by 28 January 2025; 12:00 PM ET. Proposals are due to FEMA by 24 February 2025; 12:00 PM ET.
