Description

This is a FAR 13.501 Sole Source Justification document for the U.S. Marshals Service (USMS) Asset Forfeiture Division (AFD) to award a sole source contract to RBEX, Inc. for vehicle services in the NY & NJ areas. The justification covers a 6-month firm-fixed-price contract from February 23, 2025 to August 22, 2025, for towing, storage, maintenance, and disposal of seized/forfeited vehicles in NY/NJ. The document justifies RBEX, Inc. as the sole source provider due to their existing infrastructure, organizational capabilities, and ability to provide immediate services without interruption. AFD intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1.
