- This is NOT A SOLICITATION for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations; nor it is a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation. No reimbursement or stipend will be provided in response to this RFI/ Sources Sought Notice. The Department of Labor seeks a provider that is able to provide medical and health and wellness services to approximately 3,000 employees located at the Frances Perkins Building in Washington, DC. Below are some of the requirements that DOL is looking for in a provider. The list is not exhaustive and DOL is open to various methods of delivering the requested services. BASIC SERVICES REQUESTED The contractor should be able to provide general health services similar to that of a small quick care or urgent care facility. Services provided should meet or exceed the following: 1) Walk-in care for minor illnesses and injuries 2) Basic emergency services including first aid, administration of an epi-pen, CPR, or use of the AED. 3) Maintain a stock of commonly needed medications including but not limited to antibiotics, anti-inflammatory medications, muscle relaxers, cough and cold medications, allergy and asthma treatments, and gastrointestinal medications. 4) Ability to provide routine adult immunizations including but not limited to Tetanus-diphtheria (Td), Tetanus-diphtheria-acellular pertussis (Tdap), Influenza, and pneumococcal (pneumonia) vaccines. 5) Ability to administer basic care prescribed by an employee's personal physician including administration of medications, administration of allergy immunotherapy, blood pressure and glucose (blood sugar) monitoring, wound care, and periodic bedrest. 6) Basic health screenings including blood pressure checks, temperature checks, body mass index (BMI) calculations, blood sugar checks, cholesterol tests, flu tests, strep throat tests, COVID-19 tests, etc. 7) Basic mental health services 8) Management of a designated lactation space located within a clinic space OPTIONAL ADDITIONAL SERVICES In addition to the services listed above, DOL is also interested in a provider that is capable of providing services such as: � Telehealth services � Ability to provide physicals or refer patients for physicals and �Fit for Duty� examinations Therefore, this Request for Information (RFI)/Sources Sought Notice (SSN) is being used to verify qualified sources and obtain capabilities and other market resources to identify vendors interested in being considered to provide basic health care services. This notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes. It does NOT constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ) or a promise to issue one in the future. This notice does not commit the Government to the acquisition of any supply/service. This notice is not to be construed as a commitment on the part of the Government to award a Contract, nor does the Government intend to pay for any information submitted as a result of this request. The Government does not reimburse respondents for any costs associated with the submission of the information being requested or reimburse expenses incurred for responses to this notice. Interested parties are responsible for adequately marking proprietary, restricted, or competition-sensitive information contained in their response. REQUESTED RESPONSE: Provide a company description, GSA schedule (if applicable), discussion of company capabilities, and general summary of approach to accomplishing the requirements addressed within the draft PWS. Descriptions of services should include the length of time (from date-to-date) in which exact or similar services were provided and to whom (names of public or private entities and the city/state in which performance occurred). WHO MAY RESPOND: Interested vendors may respond. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 621399 � Offices of All Other Miscellaneous Health Practitioners. Furthermore, please address the following questions: 1. What type of medical personnel are recommended to provide health services at the Frances Perkins Building health clinic (e.g., nurse practitioners, physician�s assistants, medical doctors, etc.)? 2. Given that the Frances Perkins Building has a 3,300 square foot clinic space with 5 exam rooms and a population of roughly 3,000 employees, what type and amount of staffing would your company provide on a daily basis? 3. What range of general health services can your company provide? 4. Can your company provide employment related health screening services? 5. Describe your company�s ability to provide health services to DOL employees within the Frances Perkins Building. 6. Does utilization and/or scale affect your pricing? If so, how? 7. What type of contracts and services do you provide (e.g., individual fee for individual services, fixed contract for a list of services, or a combination of the two)? 8. Would your company be able to commit to a multi-year contract with DOL to manage and operate the Frances Perkins Building health clinic? 9. Provide a rough order of magnitude for the annual base contract cost and total contract value assuming a base plus four option years. 10. what other NAICS code should be considered or recommended for this requirement?
