DESCRIPTION: North Florida/South Georgia VA Health Care System has a requirement for 637 each of the Freedom Alert Mini. The Prosthetic & Sensory Aids Department is located at Malcom Randall VAMC, 1601 SW Archer Rd, Gainesville, FL 32608. Manufacturer: LogicMark Salient characteristics: The Freedom Alert Mini is a mobile medical alert device.
