- The sources sought notice is solely for information and planning purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation will be issued. NOTICE The sources sought notice does not constitute a Request for Quotation (RFQ) or a promise to issue an RFQ in the future. Responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Responders are advised that the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this notice. It is the responsibility of the responders to monitor this site for additional information pertaining to this requirement. All capable contractors are welcome to respond to this notice and shall provide a brief capability statement that covers the information in the statement of work. The Capability Statement shall be limited to 5 pages. The Government will not review any other information or attachments that is more than the mentioned page limit. STATEMENT OF WORK Contractor shall provide enhanced Elsevier Connect enables delivery of content via your learning management system (LMS) through a seamless communication. It supports a single pass-through login for the learner and authenticates based upon credentials supplied by an existing learning management system. The Louis A. Johnson VA Medical Center is looking to create a base plus two-year option for the contract. I. SITE LOCATION: The Louis A. Johnson Veteran s Affairs Medical Center, 1 Medical Center Drive, Clarksburg, WV 26301. II. Required Functional Capabilities: The Mosby Nursing Aide system will be used to train current Nursing staff and the new staff that will be hired into the facility. The system will also be used the train the current Nurse managers and the new managers that will be hired in the future. The Mosby Nursing Aide system provides digital solutions and tools in the areas of strategic research management, R&D performance, clinical decision support, and professional education. The Mosby Nursing Aide system provides direct online flexibility to administer the learning programs with minimal administrative effort. Authored by the American Association of Critical-Care Nurses: The AACN: Fundamental Skills for Nurse Managers (FSNM) is an online introductory course designed for nurses who are new to their leadership role, considering a leadership advancement opportunity or for those who need to refresh their management skills. Learners are immersed in real-world situations, while interactive elements encourage leadership development. The modules are broken into five lessons that will benefit nurse managers in training as well as experienced managers looking to enhance or strengthen their core competencies.
