This includes architecture, engineering, security, technical advisory, strategic planning, design, development, program and project management, One Solution Delivery Lifecycle (OneSDLC) support, Cost Model delivery and implementation guidance and support to the CES Program. **Please submit a capability statement in response to this source sought.
