U.S. GOVERNMENT seeks to lease the following office space through the Automated Advanced Acquisition Program (AAAP): City: Fort Smith State: Arkansas AAAP Lease of Office Space within Region 7. Request for Lease Proposals (RLP) #25REG07 - Office Space Notice ID: 3AR0250 Delineated Area: Northern Boundary- Beginning at the intersection of N 6 th Street and Kelly Hwy and continuing in an easterly direction ending at the intersection of Kelly Hwy and Interstate Hwy 540. Western Boundary- Beginning at the intersection of Kelly Hwy and N 6 th Street continuing in a southerly direction through the intersection of N 6 th Street and N 5 th Street continuing in a southerly direction through the intersection of N 5 th Street and Garland Ave continuing in a southerly direction through the intersection of Garland Ave and Wheeler Ave continuing in a southerly direction ending at the intersection of Wheeler Ave and Phoenix Ave. Southern Boundary- Beginning at the intersection of Wheeler Ave and Phoenix Ave continuing in an easterly direction ending at the intersection of Phoenix Ave and Interstate Hwy 540. Eastern Boundary- Beginning at the intersection of Phoenix Ave and Interstate Hwy 540 continuing in a northerly direction ending at the intersection of Interstate Hwy 540 and Kelly Hwy. Minimum ABOA Square Feet: 5,110 Maximum ABOA Square Feet: 5,200 Parking: 3 surface Space Type: Commercial Office (B type) Lease Term: 120 months / 60 months firm Offerors are encouraged to submit rates for all terms available in the AAAP for consideration against future GSA requirements.
