- Description
- The Coast Guard requires the supply of two (2) Solid waste submersible pumps and one (1) control panel. No labor will be required from the vendor. SCOPE OF WORK: Contractor shall furnish two (2) Barnes SH model number 3SHVC50N4 submersible pumps and (1) Cox Research & Design Control Panel model number CP-5071 with four (4) level control floats. No alterations outside of the Statement of Work criteria are authorized without permission from the Contracting Officer (KO) or Contracting Officers Representative (COR) 1. PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS: Contractor shall furnish equipment as outline below. All associated equipment shall be approved and designed to work with stated model number. a) Two (2) Barnes SH model 3SHVC50N4 Electric Submersible pumps 3� ANSI flange discharge 5 HP 3-phase, 480v Electrical Service Gorman Rupp guide shoe retrofit b) Cox Research & Design Duplex Alternating Control Panel, model CP-5071 NEMA 4x SS enclosure Four (4) level control floats 3-phase/480v Electrical Service 2. CONTRACT TIMELINE: The Contractor shall provide all required information and complete this contract within this time schedule, unless approved by the Contracting Officer representative. Any delays on materials or labor issues that will impede the completion of thecontract shall be documented with the Contracting Officer or their representative. a) Provide all required submittals to the Contracting Officer or Contracting Officers Representative within 14 calendar days after contract award. b) The U.S. Coast Guard will have 7 calendar days to review the submittals and respond to Contractor. c) Contractor shall provide projected delivery schedule during proposal and provide a firm delivery date within 14 calendar days after the contract has been awarded. d) The Contractor, upon receiving notification that the U.S. Coast Guard has approved the submittals and having received the Contractors firm delivery date schedule, will have 14 Calendar days to begin work on the project & 30 Calendar days to complete. The Contractor shall notify the Contracting Officer of any long lead time delivery of equipment, so that the Contracting Officer can modify the delivery date of the contract. SUBMITTALS: Once awarded, the following list of submittals required at time of delivery and defines the specific minimum requirements for this contract. c) Manufactures Technical Publications and Guides d) Warranty Information WARRANTY: Contractor shall provide a one-year warranty for all materials. All warranty claims by the Coast Guard shall be honored by the vendor at no additional cost to the Coast Guard. Yes, equivalent brands are acceptable as long as they match the standard. The issue you may run into is the physical layout of the pump in order to mount in our lift station. I have attached pictures of the current pump.
