The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Office of Marine and Aviation Operations/Marine Operations Center The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) operates a fleet of oceanographic research ships that perform Oceanographic Survey, Hydrographic Survey, and Fisheries Survey missions. Contractor is responsible to provide all parts, labor, rigging, sub-contractor support, supervision, and expertise required to accomplish the work. Temporary relocations of all interferences are the responsibility of the contractor as well as maintenance of workplace cleanliness and final cleaning of the work area. All welders shall be ABS certified. Provide ABS welder certifications and approved welding procedures to the COR and attending ABS surveyor. (II) This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). Submit written quotes on RFQ Number 1333MK25Q0052, NAME: Fleet Inspection Repair (III) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-3. (IV) This solicitation is being issued as a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The associated NAICS code is 336611. The small business size standard is 1,300 Employees. (V) This specification contains requirements for REQUIREMENTS: CLIN0001 � Provide repairs for NOAA Ship Pisces (VII) Date(s) and place(s) of delivery and acceptance.
