- General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Michigan City: Marquette Delineated Area: North: Wright Street South: County Road 500 St. into Grove St. to S. McClellan Ave, South to Pioneer Road, East into Division St. to Hampton, East on Hampton St. West: South on Wright St into County Road HQ, East on U.S. Highway 41 W., South on County Rd 492 East: Lake Superior/Lakeshore Blvd Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 2,595 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 2,750 Space Type: General office and related space Parking Spaces (Total): 5 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 5 Full Term: 15 Firm Term: 10 Additional Requirements: Space must be contiguous on one floor. Five (5) reserved parking spaces required. Building must have onsite visitor parking or be located within a walkable quarter mile from street or public parking. The office space, elevator and the parking must be accessible twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week. The leased space must be free of potential triggers that will frustrate the purpose of the agency�s mission including, however not limited to: The leased space cannot be co-located with any entities engaged in the sale of alcoholic beverages, cannabis and cannabis products, or firearms and related products. The leased space must comply with all city, state, and federal ordinances. Buildings must have the ability to meet facility security level requirements as determined by the federal protection service (FPS). Must be able to meet U.S. Courts, U.S. Marshals and other applicable design guide standards. Design must be able to accommodate a toilet room that is accessible from the waiting room and located adjacent to the UA prep/analysis room, to allow for an observation window and a specimen passthrough between the two rooms. Building must be able to accommodate a secondary egress to allow staff to enter and leave the office without passing through the public reception/waiting area or extensively using the pubic circulation system. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as �100-year� floodplain). Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). ). Expressions of Interest Due: February 04, 2025 at 11:59 PM CST All expressions of interest must provide the following: Name of the building/structure; Address; Location of available space within the building/structure; Number of parking spaces available for each requirement (reserved/unreserved); Estimated rental rates on a monthly basis per space; and Contact information of authorized representative. All interested parties must either submit evidence of ownership or written authorization to represent the owner(s). Any submissions received without documentation of ownership and/or written authorization to represent the owner(s) will not be considered until such time documentation has been received, which must also be submitted prior to the Expressions of Interest Due Date. Third parties will not be authorized to represent the Government on their behalf. The Government will not pay any costs incurred as a result of any expressions of interest submitted. In cases where an agent is representing multiple ownership entities, the agent must provide written acknowledgement/permission to represent multiple interested parties for the same submission.
