Description: The FDIC requires a comprehensive cloud-based investment management system to replace the current system which is called Portfolio Reporting, Trading, and Investment Analysis sytem (PORTIA). The new requirement, referred to as the ""Portfolio Investment Management System"" (PIMS) will provide the FDIC with capabilities to effectiviely manage cash, investments, and related business processes. See attachments for more information. Update 1/27/2025: Due to the number of questions received regarding the solicitation, an amendment will be issued by January 31, 2025 to extend the RFP due date to late Febrarury 2025. The amendment will also include questions and answers regarding the solicitation.
