Description

This is a non-personal services task order to provide professional support services for Army Capability Managers (ACMs) and the Concepts, Experimentation, and Analysis Directorate (CEAD) located at United States Army Aviation Center of Excellence (USAACE), Fort Novosel, Alabama. This effort enables the Aviation Capability Development and Integration Directorate (CDID) to fulfill its mission to support integration and synchronization of Army Aviation modernization efforts for the enduring force, future force, and prepare the force to field emerging capabilities. Assists CDID, ACMs-LIFT, RA, UAS and CEAD in the conduct of their specific Doctrine, Organization, Training, Materiel, Leader Development, Personnel, Facilities and Policy (DOTMLPF-P) integration and synchronization efforts addressed in respective ACM Charters and directives from Commanding General Aviation Center of Excellence (ACOE) Commanding General Combined Arms Center (CAC), Headquarters Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) and Headquarters Department of the Army (HQDA)for the enduring force modernization efforts and supporting the fielding of emerging capabilities from the Army Future Command (AFC). The contractor shall provide the necessary subject matter expertise, able to perform the integration and synchronization of the DOTMLPF-P domains for Army UAS, Army Aviation Manned Reconnaissance/Attack aircraft, Army Aviation Manned Utility/Cargo rotary/Future Vertical Lift aircraft, Army Aviation Fixed Wing Aircraft (Utility, Cargo, Special Electronic Mission Aircraft), Aviation weapons and munitions, and Army Aviation portfolio TADSS, Systems Integration and Management Support and Army Aviation Survivability Equipment (ASE) to include Electromagnetic and Cyber Support across all Army Aviation platforms, utilizing the Department of Defense (DoD) Joint Capability Integration and Development System (JCIDS) requirements development processes and documentation and TRADOC Regulation (TR) 71-20 dated 28 June 2013 and TR 71-12 dated 3 October 2012 and applicable emerging AFC regulations. The service will be performed at United States Army Aviation Center of Excellence (USAACE), Fort Novosel, Alabama. All AFC CDIDs purchase similar services.
