Description: The 42nd Contracting Squadron at Maxwell Air Force Base (AFB), AL hereby gives notice of intent to award a sole source, firm fixed price (FFP) contract to RELX dba LexisNexis, 1150 18th Street NW, Suite 250, Washington, DC 20036 as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b), soliciting from a single source. This purpose of this requirement is to obtain Computer Assisted Legal Research (CALR) subscriptions (see attached �Draft� Statement of Requirements) in support of the Air Force Legal Information Services (AF/JAS).
