- THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE / SYNOPSIS This procurement is for Wheel Assembly, Pneumatic Tire This proposed solicitation is intended to result in the award of a single contract for the estimated supplies specified. The contract will be a firm-fixed-price contract. The Government does not intend to use FAR Part 12 for the acquisition. Noun: Wheel Assembly Pneumatic Tire NSN: 2530-01-592-2310 P/N: 13006466 Notes: We expect to post the solicitation in 2-4 weeks. Technical Data Package: A link to the TDP will be available when the solicitation is released. The TDP is Distribution A ""CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is, in fact, unable to maintain a mailing list. The burden is therefore on any interested parties to periodically access the above internet address in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain any amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for receipt of proposals may render your proposal nonresponsive and result in the rejection of the proposal.
