Description

Pursuant to the authority at FAR 12.603(c)(2): This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this is N0018925Q0084 and will be issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-02. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The proposed acquisition is the procurement of software, InterMAPhics Warranted Runtime License, in support of the Surface Combat Systems Training Command (SCSTC) in Dahlgren. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate a firm-fixed-price (FFP) purchase order. The associated NAICS code is 513210 with a small business size standard of $47,000,000. Line items are detailed as follows: LINE ITEM: 0001 DESCRIPTION: InterMAPhics Warranted Runtime License EXTENDED DESCRIPTION: Includes: - License to deploy a single operator seat of an InterMAPhics based solution - Access to Technical support hotline and InterMAPhics Program Maintenance and Support for the duration of the license period QTY: 12 UNIT OF ISSUE: Each Required Delivery Date: 31 January 2025 Delivery Address: 5395 First Street, BLDG 1520, Dahlgren, VA 22448 FOB Destination will be used. All quotes are due by the date and time specified in this posting and shall be submitted via email to the POC email address stated in this posting.
