- AMENDMENT 4 21 JANUARY 2025: The purpose of this amendment is to update Attachment 6 including: - Correct the due date for proposals to 14 February 2025 - Correct Paragraph 3.4.5 - Correct Paragraphs 3.4.2.13, 3.4.2.19 and 3.4.2.20 AMENDMENT 3 18 JANUARY 2025: The purpose of this amendment is to: - Post the pre proposal slides onto SAM.gov - Post the final questions and answers attachment (added questions 247-250) - Update Attachment 3 - Update Attachment 6 AMENDMENT 2 14 JANUARY 2025: The purpose of this amendment is to: - Add FAR Clause 52.222-53 and 52.246-6 - Remove Appendix D - Update the following Appendices and Attachments: - Atch 1, Atch 3, Atch 5, Atch 6, Atch 7, Atch 9, and Atch 10 - Apendices A, B, E, F, G - Remove the draft RFP Q&A sheet - Add the final RFP Q&A sheet - Extend RFP due date to 14 Feb 2025, 2pm Eastern Time UPDATE 6 JAN 2025: The purpose of this update is for the following: - Move the Pre Proposal Conference from 10 Jan 2025 to 16 Jan 2025, 1-3pm Eastern Time AMENDMENT 1 20 DECEMBER 2024: The purpose of this amendment is to: 1. Update Attachment 3 Labor Categories - education/experience levels 2. Update Attachment 6 Section L - Subcontractor work sample submission, para 3.4.1.3 and Initial Task Order Proposal, para 3.7.3 3. Attach RFP Comment Matrix 4. Attach Amended SF30/33 UPDATE 10 DECEMBER 2024: The purpose of this update is for the following: - The cutoff date for registering for the pre-proposal conference is 30 December 2024, 2pm Eastern - Add times to the below important dates ******* Please see attachments and appendices for the subject RFP. Important Dates: Questions Due: 30 December 2024, 2pm Eastern Pre proposal conference: 10 January 2025*, Time: TBD Proposal Due: 31 January 2025, 2pm Eastern * The Government intends to hold a virtual pre proposal conference for interested parties only via Microsoft TEAMS. Please email the POC's on this RFP for access to the pre proposal TEAMS link.
