- General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Washington City: Cle Elum Delineated Area: Cle Elum City Limits Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 600 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 1,350 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 2 Parking Spaces (Surface/Surface): 2 Full Term: 20 Years Firm Term: 10 Years Additional Requirements: Occupancy must be located in contiguous space within a modern office building. Space must be efficient and not present significant design constraints, such as irregular shape of demised space, large columns, narrow core to building fa�ade, column spacing less than 20� on center, etc. The occupancy will need to comply with Facility Security Standard Level 1 and other security requirements determined by GSA. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as �100-year� floodplain). Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). ).
