Description
The United States Tri-Mission in Vienna is soliciting janitorial services for its office locations to include approximately 18,000 square meters of office space, hallways, staircases, wet rooms, kitchenettes, warehouse space as well as cleaning of roughly 7,000 square meters of carpets and 5,000 square meters of windows. Office premises are located at several locations in Vienna. The Statement of Work includes various quality levels, depending on the office needs. The anticipated performance period is for one (1) base year, with two (2) one-year unilateral renewal option on behalf of the U.S. Government, if exercised by the U.S. Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. The U.S. Tri-Mission intends to contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror, who is a responsible contractor with a satisfactory record of integrity and business ethics. The U.S. Tri-Mission may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract. All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals. This opportunity is subject to 52.229-12 - Tax on Certain Foreign Procurements Electronic Submission/Responses: This opportunity allows for electronic responses. Please submit your offer prior to the response date and time. It is important to make sure the submission is made in specific size and format; in MS-Word 2007/2010 or MS-Excel 2007/2010 or Adobe Acrobat (pdf) file format. The file size must not exceed 30MB. If the file size should exceed the 30MB, the submission must be made in separate files and attached to separate emails with less than 30MB each.
