This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command � Fort Eustis, VA intends to procure Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS) Maintenance Services for the Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) Headquarters (HQ).
