- This sources sought synopsis is issued solely for information and planning purposes � it does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFP in the future. This sources sought synopsis does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service. The Government is not at this time seeking proposals. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of qualified sources to perform a potential requirement. The sources sought respondents are advised that the Government will not pay for any information or costs incurred in response to this sources sought; all costs associated with responding to this sources sought will be solely at the interested party�s expense. Not responding to this sources sought does not preclude participation in any future RFP, if any is issued. If a solicitation is released, it will be issued via SAM.gov. It is the responsibility of the potential offerors to monitor this site for additional information pertaining to this requirement, if any. The WTC Health Program, established under the James Zadroga 9/11 Health and Compensation Act of 2010, provides medical treatment, screening, and monitoring to 9/11 survivors and responders for specific health conditions linked to their exposure. To ensure effective service delivery, the Program requires a contractor to implement targeted outreach, education, and support services to eligible populations. This includes understanding the unique health challenges faced by survivors and responders, as well as the logistical and operational needs for timely and accurate service provision. The goal is to increase program participation, improve awareness of benefits, and ensure that all eligible individuals receive the care and monitoring necessary for conditions caused by the 9/11 attacks. Please see the attached ""Sources Sought Synopsis"" for details and submission requirements for this sources sought notice. Also, please see the ""Draft Performance Work Statement"" for a more detailed description of the requirement. Please note, this is a draft version of the Performance Work Statement and is subject to change prior to release of any subsequent request for proposal.
