Document Type: Pre-Solicitation Notice Solicitation Number: W50S8Y-25-Q-A011 Classification Code: N063 � INWS Installation Set Aside: Total Small Business Set Aside NAICS Code: 238210 � Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors The Oregon Air National Guard at Portland Air National Guard Base intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) to award a single firm fixed- price contract for the installation of previously acquired material related to the Installation Notification and Warning System (INWS). The vendor shall provide all hardware, software, material, and training as described in the PWS related to the installation. CLIN 0001 Installation Services 1 Job The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this work is 238210 � Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors. The small business size standard is $19.0M. This action is being procured on an 100% Small Business set aside. The tentative date for issuing the solicitation is on-or about 10 February 2025. All questions for the must be submitted by 26 February 2025 via email to james.vogt.4@us.af.mil. The solicitation closing date is scheduled for on-or about 10 March 2025. Actual dates and times will be identified in the solicitation. The evaluation process will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services based on the criteria found in 52.212-2 Evaluation -- Commercial Products and Commercial Services.
